Our youth seminars focus on empowering children with the skills and confidence they need to succeed. These events cover a wide range of topics, including leadership, teamwork, self-discipline, and creative expression. Designed to be both educational and fun, our seminars are led by experienced mentors who are passionate about guiding the next generation.
LEADERSHIP THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS
This hands-on workshop is designed to teach kids the principles of leadership and self-discipline through martial arts. Participants will learn basic martial arts techniques while exploring the values of respect, focus, and perseverance. The seminar will include group activities, individual challenges, and a Q&A session with experienced martial arts instructors.
Who Should Attend:
Children aged 8-15 who are interested in developing leadership skills through physical activity.
What to Bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing, a water bottle, and a positive attitude!

TEAMWORK & TRUST: A MARTIAL ARTS APPROACH

This seminar emphasizes the importance of teamwork and trust through martial arts exercises and group activities. Kids will work in pairs and small groups to complete challenges that require cooperation, communication, and mutual respect. The seminar is designed to build confidence and foster a sense of community among participants.
MINDFULLNESS AND MOVEMENT
DECEMBER 1OTH 2024
An engaging seminar that combines mindfulness practices with physical movement to help kids manage stress and improve focus. The session will include guided meditation, yoga, and light martial arts exercises that emphasize the connection between mind and body. The goal is to equip children with tools they can use to stay calm, focused, and balanced in their daily lives.
